Read in this order
Start with how to play, then choosing a country. Open units, cities, or alliances when that system is the thing blocking the match. Open formables when you already know which cities you can hold.
Which Control Europe guides are published?
How to play Control Europe
Camera keys, the free group bonus, and the first-hour order: upgrade cities, read the money panel, then spend political power.
Choosing a country in Control Europe
Large countries forgive mistakes and small countries research more cheaply. China, the United States, India, and San Marino are the documented examples.
How formables work
Control every required city, including occupations. Medal gates, win gates, and the milestone table sit on top of that single rule.
Military units, costs, and counters
Eight units with spawn cost, upkeep, and the matchups that are actually published, including carriers added in April 2026.
Cities, money, and manpower
City tier raises tax and manpower together. Occupied cities do not spawn units, and the manpower cap is 2% of population.
Alliances, political power, and war
Europe-map wars cost 50 political power to justify and 10 to declare. Breaking an alliance gives the other side four months.
Medals, wins, and the Robux shop
Medals buy formables and cannot be purchased. The Robux shop sells temporary boosts, upgrade speed, and cosmetics.
