What is Medals?

Three daily tasks each pay 10 medals and reset every day. Weekly tasks pay 50 medals and 100 XP. Wins pay 100 medals at wins 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 15. Formable milestones pay 50 medals at the 5%, 15%, 25%, 40%, and 60% steps of the 363-entry progress counter.

How do you use Medals?

The first useful purchase is a medal-shop formable you can actually hold. Spanish Empire, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Portuguese Empire, Russian Empire, and Holy Roman Empire cost 60. Macedonian Empire, Austria-Hungary, Ming Dynasty, Italian Empire, Kievan Rus, Byzantine Empire, Mughal Empire, G7, and Kingdom of France cost 40.

Why can't I spawn troops in a city I just took?

Occupied cities cannot spawn units. Annex them while you are at peace with the owner, or eliminate that country.

How much political power does a war cost?

Justification is 50 on the Europe map and 17 on the world map. Declaring costs 10 more. Default production is +0.25 per day, capped at 500.

Which units can damage a battleship?

Only planes, artillery, and missile launchers. Tanks and infantry do not damage it.

Does Control Europe have codes?

No. There is no redemption box. Join the ShkatulkaGames group for a permanent +5% tax, +5% manpower, and +2 damage.

How do you form a country?

Control every city that formable requires, including cities you only occupy, then use the formable panel. Some formables also need medals or wins, and each one can be formed once per server.
