What is BRICS?
BRICS is a transformation. Control every city it requires, including cities you only occupy during a war, then form it from the formable panel. Each formable can be formed once per server. Since 22 December 2025 the player who formed one can transform back; it is not documented whether that frees the formable for someone else.

How do you use BRICS?
The former list is short. Occupied cities count toward the requirement, but they will not spawn units until you annex them. On the Europe map it is documented as formable immediately. Forming it on the world map is the case tied to an exclusive title.
